Acceptable use policy

This policy explains what fair use means on Faceloom, in particular for plans that include unlimited generation, and the uses of the service we do not allow. It applies to every account and works together with our Terms of Service.

Unlimited plans and fair use

Plans marked unlimited include unmetered generation on the models named on the plan card, inside the AI studio. Unlimited means you never spend credits on those generations. It does not mean the service can absorb scripted, automated or industrial extraction, because every generation costs us real compute with our model providers.

To keep the studio fast and fairly priced for everyone, unlimited generation draws from a generous daily fair use budget per account, sized so that an active creator working in the studio through a full day does not normally reach it. As a guide, the budget corresponds to about 30 standard clip generations per day, where a standard clip is a five second 720p clip on a budget video model. Heavier generations, such as cinematic model takes, draw proportionally more of the budget, and lighter ones, such as images, draw far less.

When a day's budget is used up nothing breaks: generation keeps working and simply bills credits or top-ups in the ordinary way until the budget resets at midnight UTC. We may adjust the budget over time; this page always states the current guide.

Prohibited use

You may not resell, proxy or otherwise pass through Faceloom's generation capacity as a service to others; use scripts, bots or other automation to mass-generate outside the product's own features; create or operate multiple accounts to multiply free allowances, trials or fair use budgets; or share one account's access across a group of people to circumvent per-account limits.

You also may not use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. The content rules in our Terms of Service apply to everything you generate.

Enforcement

Where we see use that conflicts with this policy we will normally reach out first, but we may throttle, pause or, for serious or repeated abuse, suspend an account. Where a violation caused us material provider costs we may recover them. We aim to be proportionate: honest heavy use is what the product is for, and this policy exists to protect it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and where appropriate we will notify you through the service.
